As a part of Lent, and just because it's spring, I'm spring cleaning this week with a group of friends online! (no, not virtual cleaning, actual in-real-life cleaning). We hold ourselves accountable through the promise to post pictures of the "before" and "after".
As a mom with little kids we're all at home alone a lot of the time. While our husbands are great, sometimes they don't quite notice just how shiny we got our sink, or the new bedskirt, or the non-peanut-butter-smeared kids. So it's nice to clean "with" some other moms who get it, who appreciate a shiny sink as much as I do.
Beware, I did ZERO cleaning before I snapped this messy picture!

Isn't that sink just sparkly clean?! I should've snapped a messy pic of it because it was a Hot Mess! Seriously, somehow in the painting of the house white paint spots appeared in the sink and no amount of scrubbing had gotten them out. But, I followed FlyLady's Shine Your Sink instructions and voila! the spots are gone and my stainless steel sink is glowing.
